A: They weren't. If Muhammad acted out of self defence, why did he take sex slaves? Does not he value human dignity? What would justify taking sex slaves but seeking gain and worldly pleasure?

A: No it wasn't. Words like Enjeel isn't an Arabic word but taken from Greek. Tawr (طور) means a mountain taken from Aramaic. Ibraheem, Moosa, Elias, Gabriel are all Hebrew names which have meanings in Hebrew but in Arabic they are meaningless.
