SATAN LOVES PORN

  • Technology is a very valuable gift from God. For example we can not just call but also see each other live on a phone screen tens of thousands of miles away. This was unimaginable throughout almost all of human history, and only becamse possible a few decades ago. But just like any other tool, the misuse of technology can result in grave evils, such as Pornography. In the sixties the misuse of the newly discovered technology of the pill lead to the sexual revolution which we are harvesting its poisonous fruits today (hedonism, homosexuality, LGBT, Gender Theory), leading to immoral societies and low-birth rates. Therefore as Christians, we must resist Pornography with all possible means.

  • The purpose of this page is to battle pornography, an evil spread by technology, by providing a digital armour to protect yourself and your family.
  • It is the responsibility of the information engineer to protect others online, to make available mechanisms to protect them from online evils, and to provide necessary weapons to resist Satan online.
  • The purpose of education and knowledge is to find wisdom. To find the way to eternal life and to guide others to it. This is our main vocation in life.

Technological solution: (note that this solution has proved to be unreliable, blocked dns queries continue to be resolved for some reason)

How to protect your family from online pornography (FamilyShield):

At home, check the documentation of your router and check how to open its settings (it would probably be through a web page address such as: 192.168.1.5 with a user name and a password provided by the manufacturer). Open the router settings, look for DNS servers (often they would be two IP addresses in this form 8.8.8.X), under the category "WAN Connections" or something similar. Replace these two IP addresses with the following two IP addresses: 208.67.222.123 and 208.67.220.123 (source). Save the settings and reboot the router.

This solution will block all DNS requests to all known pornographic domains (which is the conversion of alphabetical names to numerical IP addresses).
