False mercy: When he was asked about homosexuals, he said his famous hypocritical phrase "who am I to judge?", therefore he avoided his responsibility to preach to homosexuals and guide them to the truth, preferring instead to publicly turn a blind eye to their actions. Something demonstrated with countless other actions.

Protecting pedophiles and rapists is false mercy. It not only causes scandal among the faithful, but also deceives the faithful and the perpetrators themselves. It is a twisted perversion of God's mercy.

In an interview with an atheist editor of an Italian magazine, he confessed that he didn't believe in Christ. The Vatican never denied these statements. (find source)
