REMEMBER, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to your protection, implored your help, or sought your intercession was left unaided. Inspired with this confidence, we fly to you, O Virgin of virgins, our Mother; to you do we come; before you we stand, sinful and sorrowful. أذكري يا مريمُ العذراء الحنون، أنّه لم يُسمَع قَط، أنّ أحدًا التجأ إليكِ، وطلب معونتَك، والتمس شفاعتَك، وعاد خائبًا. فيا أمَّنا عذراءَ العذارى، ها نحنُ نلتجئ إليكِ، وقلوبُنا عامرة بـهذه الثّقة، ومع ما نحن عليه من الخطايا، فإنّنا نمثل أمامَك نادمين. فلا تُعرضي عن ابتهالاتنا، يا أمَّ الكلمة المتجسّد، بل أصغي إليها بحنوّ، واستجيبيها. آمين.
